The students of ACU, in a spirit of mutual trust and fellowship, aware of the values of a true education and the challenges posed by the world, do hereby pledge to accept the responsibility for honorable conduct in all academic activities, to assist one another in maintaining and promoting personal integrity, to abide by the principles set forth in the ACU Code of Ethics and Conduct, and to follow the procedures, and observe the polices set forth in the Academic Honesty System
All ACU students are expected to seek out and understand all the rules and regulations and policies governing their conduct in their academic programs.
Among the conduct contrary to the ACU rules and regulations governing students are the following:
- Academic dishonesty.
- Physical or verbal harassment or abuse of another person.
- Damage, theft, or misuse of University property.
- Disruption of the educational process including actions which will prevent faculty and staff from carrying out their duties.
- Violation of drug and alcohol abuse policies.
Conduct contrary to the University Code of Ethics may lead to the refusal to issue a diploma or a transcript or expulsion from the University.
