Graduates are advised to ensure that their diplomas are kept in safe conditions as the American Central University will not issue duplicate diplomas except in cases of theft or damage. In the event that the diploma is lost through theft, authenticated evidence of the incident should be provided with a written explanation by the graduate. In cases of damage beyond personal control, the original damaged document should be returned to the University with a note of explanation. Only upon full satisfaction will a duplicate be prepared. The cost of processing, printing, and mailing a new diploma is US$150.00 which should accompany the documentation sent to the University. In the event that the authorities of the University decide against issuing a new diploma, all documents and the fee paid will be returned to the graduate.
