The American Central University awards formal grade reports to the students upon completion of each course. Grade reports indicate the course taken, credits received, and grades assigned. Grades are issued only if the student has made full payment. A student who has failed to make payment for tuition of a course will have the grade withheld until payment is made.
The university uses the following grading system to evaluate the student's performance:
