A complaint can be made by either an individual or a group of students who is/are of the opinion that he/she/they have been treated unfairly and for which there is no resolution under the polices and procedures already in existence. As such, when a grievance is presented, a prescribed set of procedures is followed to derive a resolution. This set of procedures to be followed by the students is available with ACU which may be obtained once needed.
