The American Central University maintains all students records, including transcripts of academic work, credits received, and grades achieved, in a permanent file at the University's Main Office. Under the Federal Student Act of 1974, no part of any student record will be released by the University to a third party without the written approval of the student. The transcripts are for the personal use and records of the graduate and should be fowarded by the graduate to another institution or an agency in its intact, sealed condition. Additional copies of the transcript could be sent to the graduate or to a third party provided that the University has a signed request by the student, along with the required fee of US$10.00 per each set of transcripts required. Official transcripts of academic credits are issued only to students who have been admitted to the University, have received an Acceptance Letter, and who have paid all application and tuition fees in full. The University is the only authorized source for issuing transcripts, and any records issued by any other sources are invalid.
